Required Qualifications:
- Experience in coaching MLS Next and ECNL players
- Knowledge of European training methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coaching certification preferred
- Competitive soccer playing experience in Professional or NCAA teams
- Mastery in analyzing film
